I’ve spent over 20 years partnering with organisations to navigate the messy, complex, and often rewarding ‘space between’ where they are and where they want to be. As the Founder of TCQ Projects, I’ve led large-scale transformations, but my heart has always stayed with the human element of that change.

I believe that whether I’m facilitating a board-level strategy or sitting 1-to-1 with a coaching client, the core requirement is the same: unwavering reliability and a healthy dose of perspective. My approach is ‘counselling-informed’ which is a professional way of saying I actually listen to what isn’t being said. I’m interested in sustainable flow, not quick fixes. While I take the work deeply seriously, I try not to take myself too seriously; a bit of humour is often the best lubricant for a difficult transition.
